VMD (Visual Molecular Dynamics) is a molecular visualisation program for displaying, animating, and analyzing large biomolecular systems using 3-D graphics.

How to use¶

To see what versions of vmd are available on each machine use the command

module avail vmd

Running on Arrhenius¶

vmd can be started from the command line e.g.

module load VMD/2.0.0a8-bdist
vmd
